False Positives in Import Fixed

If false positives regarding Symfony and PHP annotations in PHPDoc have ever frustrated you, you're not alone. By this latest update, the issue has been dealt with ([WI-73212], [WI-73945]). No longer is there a need to feel bewildered when an "unused" import is flagged by the IDE.

Composer Errors No More

Countless times was the AlreadyDisposedException encountered when Composer configurations were being fiddled with. That bug has now been eradicated ([WI-73662]). Additionally, performance bottlenecks during Composer configurations on larger projects have been alleviated ([WI-73709]).

Improvements in PHPUnit Experience

By PHPUnit users, much celebration is warranted. With this update, tests for subprojects can now be run more effortlessly ([WI-73715]). Also, the issue of weird line breaks and empty spaces in the output has been resolved ([WI-73483]).

UI and Linux-Specific Adjustments

For newcomers to PhpStorm, an easier start will be facilitated through the new UI onboarding process ([WI-73543]). As for Linux users, the annoyance of the missing menu bar in tiling window managers under WSLg has been addressed ([IDEA-323700]). Moreover, the theme-switching issue for settings synced from Windows has been fixed ([IDEA-283945]).

Front-End Features Introduced

In the realm of front-end development, significant additions have been made. Type checking for props in Svelte projects is now supported ([WEB-55638]), and hostDirectives in Angular 15 have been introduced ([WEB-58269]). Additionally, a new plugin for Tailwind CSS has been unveiled ([WEB-48583]).
